On December 25, 2024 (KST), SBS will honor the biggest K-Pop hits of 2024 with his 2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon. This year’s edition will do just that take place at Inspire the Arena in Incheon.
The first look at the lineup was released in mid-November, revealing many of the hottest K-Pop groups as participants. Fourth and fifth generation groups such as IVE, Desire NCT, Stray children, ZEROBASEON, AND TXT comprised the majority of this lineup, with NCT DREAM representatives of the third generation.
It was recently revealed that the second lineup includes SHINee‘S Key, NCT 127, aespa, ENIPENE, NMIXXAND THE SERAPHINS.
The 2023 edition of the show has been praised for its great line-up, meaning this year’s is no surprise. This is especially true following the MAMA Awards 2024which disappointed some for various reasons, including the preparation and collaboration phases.
