The images, shared by a Weibo account, purportedly depict Minseo spending time with a woman in what appears to be a private setting, possibly inside a home. In the photos, the couple can be seen relaxing and eating together, with one image showing the woman sitting on Minseo’s lap.
The woman, who is reportedly Chinese but currently lives in Korea, is an influencer with around 70,000 followers on Douyin. She also shared similar photos of the two of them together, revealing their faces. The screenshots and clips show the man, believed to be Minseo, scrolling through a tablet and phone, providing further clarity on the individual’s identity.
As expected, the leaked content sparked protests from fans and netizens. Many took to social media to express their disappointment and surprise. Some comments include, “Kim Minseo will find out that his idol career is over when he wakes up,” while others accuse the idol of hurting his fans. One user even wondered, “Why did he privately contact fans who always go to his fansigns?”
The controversy surrounding Minseo dates back to September when rumors began to circulate about his relationship with the same Chinese influencer. This new wave of images has reignited those discussions.

Minseo, who attracted attention as a competitor Produce X 101debuted as a member of DRIPPIN in October 2020 under Woolim Entertainment.
