“Due to poor communication with management this time, there were some mistakes in carrying out pre-promotions. They should have done better with promotional activities before the album was released. I’m sorry that time was wasted on this way and I apologize to the fans.”
“Even though it’s late, I’m doing my best and looking for ways to promote the activities I can still do. I’m sorry that I couldn’t fulfill all the various requests that fans shared with me today. I’m really sorry by the way.”
SONE were also frustrated with SM’s actions, with some citing the agency’s incompetence when dealing with Taeyeon despite her ninth year as a soloist.
- “It’s his ninth anniversary as a solo artist and they missed his promotion. They always miss his promotion, even the last time.”
- “Taeyeon usually has a cool head at times like these, but it must have been bad to the point that she sent a long text in the morning.”
