Several months into her feud with HYBE Labels, Min Hee Jin has officially resigned from her role as ADOR’s in-house director.

On November 20, Korean news outlet Sports Kyunghyang revealed Min Hee Jin’s statement announcing her resignation from ADOR and exit from HYBE.

“I wish to inform everyone that I am renouncing my position as internal director of ADOR. I also terminate the shareholders’ agreement with HYBE and hold them responsible for the violations inflicted on this agreement.

I will take legal action against several illegal acts perpetrated by HYBE officials. I have done everything possible to maintain the shareholder agreement and restore ADOR despite the seven-month dispute with HYBE since April.

However, I recognized that further efforts would be a waste of time as HYBE did not acknowledge its mistakes and showed no hint of change. I hoped that HYBE would admit the incidents it caused and protect NewJeans. This is why I sent two reporting emails in April.”

“But instead of reflecting, HYBE committed an unforeseen act of madness by fabricating scandalously false news and showing their shameful audit. I, a minority shareholder and CEO, have been framed with the crazy accusation of taking over the management, together with Irrational attacks that are rarely heard from a large company.”

Min Hee Jin also added that HYBE’s actions in 2024 will never be forgotten in K-pop history. Min Hee Jin also stated that despite the company’s continued media publicity, she was not concerned as the public is now aware of the conglomerate’s manipulative patterns.
