On November 28, a video titled “Let’s talk about haze-flirting l KINO X YUGYEOM l How I Met KINO” was posted on PENTAGON member Kino’s YouTube channel.
In the video, Kino and GOT7 member Yugyeom discussed various topics, including their time as trainees.
In particular, Yugyeom confessed that he liked TWICE’s Jihyo in eighth grade, stating: “I had feelings for her for a while.”
Hearing this, Kino made a shocked expression before replying, “I liked Jihyo noona too.”
When Yugyeom expressed that Kino’s crush on Jihyo was news to him, Kino said, “You didn’t know? I know you knew that. Jihyo noona knew this too.
According to Kino, GOT7’s Jackson teased him a lot because of this crush.
“During intern meetings, he would ask me: ‘Kino, be honest, who do you like? You like Jihyo, right?’ I admitted it and the next day he told me: ‘Everyone, Kino likes Jihyo!’ After that, for a while, I felt so uncomfortable around her.”the PENTAGON member recalled.
Meanwhile, it is known that Kino was a trainee at JYP Entertainment alongside GOT7 and TWICE before moving to Cube Entertainment and debuting with PENTAGON.
On the other hand, Yugyeom is not the only GOT7 member to have a crush on a TWICE member. In the past, BamBam confessed that he had a crush on TWICE’s Nayeon, and Nayeon even knew it.
